Mazzer has come to stand for highest-quality and performance coffee grinders and are proven in the high end coffee market. The Mazzer Kold is available in the electronic version. This grinder is designed to keep the temperature of the burrs at a constant and low temperature therefore keeping the ground coffee temperature stable for a consistent grind particle size. It shares the burr set with the Robur. The burrs are operated on a belt-drive system in a completely separate chamber from the burrs, keeping the heat from the motor away from the burrs and therefore the coffee. The grind adjustment is side-mounted with locking micro-stepped adjustment, allowing for more more accuracy than a collar based adjustment systems. This also improves the ease of cleaning, just remove the three screws on the collar to access the grinding burrs for cleaning and maintenance. The added bonus is that your grind adjustment will not change during this process.
